Who we are?
Based in Portugal is a company dedicated to the research, design, manufacture, sales and after-sales assistance of machines and tools, mainly, for the production of the pharmaceutical and food industry.
HISTORY
Founded in 1968 by Mr. José Manuel Paulino, it soon stood out in the high precision tools sector. Currently, Lurga supplies, on a global scale, compression tools for all industries, namely: pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and chemical.

We design and develop high-performance compression solutions for our customers in the global market!

Quality
Lurga's policy is geared towards optimizing the Quality/Cost ratio, building customer loyalty, developing mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers, conquering new markets, developing our Employees and continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality System. It is based on the following lines of action:
Promote quality and sustainable development, implementing and maintaining the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in order to obtain better results in terms of efficiency and performance of internal processes;
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, complying with their requirements, the legislation and regulations applicable to the activity and the markets in which we operate;
Promote the development of a culture of excellence in each of the Employees, in the performance of their duties (individual and in work teams), with professional training being a constant concern for the improvement of people's individual skills and the ability to intervene at global level;
Improve the use of resources (internal and external) and promote mutually beneficial relationships with our partners;
Establish and maintain communication channels, promoting the exchange of information with all interested parties.
